When the 50% applies

Off-peak covers most of the day, most days. Book outside the busy after-work and weekend-daytime windows and your share is half the off-peak rate, for padel and pickleball.

How to get your Student Pass

    Create your account

    Sign up online or in the Padel Park app. It takes a minute.

    Show us your ID

    Bring a valid student ID (physical or digital) to the desk during staffed hours (weekdays 5–10pm, weekends 10am–3pm), or email a photo to office@padelpark.nz with your account name.

    We add the pass

    50% off off-peak court bookings applies from your next booking, while you're studying (we check once a year).

Student Pass questions

Who qualifies?

Any current student at a recognised institution: the University of Waikato, Wintec, Hamilton high schools, polytechnics, English-language schools and full-time tertiary courses. International students studying in New Zealand qualify too.

Is there a monthly fee?

No. The Student Pass is free to add. You only pay for the courts you book, at half the off-peak rate.

How long does it last?

While you're studying. We check once a year that your student ID is still current.

Can I bring friends who aren't students?

Yes. The pass applies to your share of the booking, so a four-player court with one pass holder gets 50% off one quarter of the court.

Does it work on lessons, leagues or events?

No, court bookings only. The free intros are already free.

What if I finish studying?

Let us know and we'll move you to a regular membership, or just book at the normal off-peak rate.
